With strong technical background on CAD/CAE projects for automotive clients.- Responsible for the overall project outcome.- Coordinate with and report Capagemini management team and the client, including technical, budget, and schedule progress and risks.- Manage scope, requirements, dependencies, and deliverables—with the customer and with the team.- Monitor and control quality of deliverables, making sure the team complies with specific quality design guidelines- Program milestones follow-up and delivery compliance- Generate written status reports; present these reports either in person or via teleconference.- Ensure alignment with quality processes based on Internal and client standards, client expectations, and applicable regulatory guidelines.- Manage performance KPIs within the team- Manage design releases for components and assuring correct version control**YOUR PROFILE**- Good conversational **English**(B2, C1, C2)- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics engineering or equivalent- 4+ years of relevant experience in **project Management**:- 5+ years of relevant experience in **Product Development projects for automotive**clients, preferably with **harness or related** products- High expertise in **managing technical stakeholders**to collect and clarify requirements- Proven ability as a project manager with knowledge on **Waterfall**methodology- **Scope management/negotiation**skills necessary to adapt to changing customer requirements to maximize the client’s return on investment.- Experience in **managing complex product design projects**:- Proven ability to manage an engineering team working on segregated portions of a single product.- Proven ability to manage staff in a blended team environment, Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills- Experience with **PLM SW such as Teamcenter**:- Strong background in **3D and 2D design** with **CATIA v5** and **CATIA v6** (mandatory)**WHAT YOU WILL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE**- At Capgemini Engineering, we encourage flexibility in how, when, and where people get their work done, allowing a better work-life balance, and greater empowerment.
