**Descripción General**:**Responsabilidades**:1. Manage imports/exports related to all shipping modes for chemical products:a. Request and validate import/export documents complying with MX Customs Regulations by SEMARNAT and COFEPRISb. Coordinate instructions with Planning, Logistics, ocean carriers, external vendors and the manufacturing plantc. Analyze import duties and request funds to the treasury departmentd. Provide instructions of customs clearance and maintain closely communication with customs brokere. Provide final documents to customers in US, EU and LATAM2. Maintain import & export customs files as required by law.3. Ensure compliance with import / export permits or licenses for products regulated by Customs, Ministry of Health (COFEPRIS) and Ministry of Economy.4. Manage certificates of origin in compliance with applicable FTA´s.5. Provide applicable accounting reports to the Finance team related to foreign trade operations.**Competencias**:1. Strong knowledge and experience with import-export operations, understanding customs regulations and foreign trade rules2. 3+ years of experience in trade compliance, import/export, and customs regulations for SEMARNAT and COFEPRIS3. Ability to independently plan, organize, control, and coordinate customs operations;4. Ability to interpret TC regulations and translate them to functional specification;5. Experience with SAP6. Knowledge of Free Trade Agreements (FTA);7. Audit experience desired;8. Experience working with different groups and stakeholders in delivering results9. Effective communication skills (oral and written) and be able to influence others;
