Additionally, our benefits include a health plan, gym membership, well-being platform, digital gift cards, or home medical services.As a **Customer Support,** you will negotiate, and look for new potential clients.**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:- Take check calls from drivers to obtain location updates, ensure they are on time, and identify any possible issues or delays.- Verify that loads have arrived on time and in good condition.- Update customer websites with arrivals, departures, delays, etc., as required.- Update receivers and customers on the status of loads.- Properly document all of the daily calls as received stating the exact details of the load at the time of each call.**Requirements**:**What would help you succeed**:- Believe and love what you do.- Teamwork.- Negotiation skills.- Meet or exceed weekly goals.**Minimum requirements**:- **Studies**: High School Degree.- **Experience**: at least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics.- **Language**: Advanced English skills.
