**RESPONSIBILITIES**APPLY EARLY/STAGE COLLECTION NEGOTIATION TACTICS TO KEEP CUSTOMERS CURRENT OR LOWER IN THE DELINQUENCY STAGE.**RESPONSIBILITIES**¬MAKING OUTBOUND CALLS ON REPOSSESSED ACCOUNTS¬RECEIVING INBOUND REDEMPTION CALLS¬MAKING SUITABLE ARRANGEMENTS WITH CUSTOMERS THAT ARE CURRENTLY PAST DUE¬IDENTIFYING ACCOUNTS THAT REQUIRE MANAGEMENT REVIEW**QUALIFICATIONS**¬HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT¬2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR RELATED FIELD¬BASIC (AROUND 1 YEAR) COLLECTIONS EXPERIENCE¬PROFICIENT WITH MICROSOFT¬BILINGUAL**SHIFT**This is a 100% on-site position in Guadalajara, Jalisco**SCHEDULE**8:00 am-6:00 pm/ 11:00 am-8:00 pmSunday + 1 week day off**SALARY**Monthly base salary $18,200 ($3,500 weekly net)+$3,000 monthly bonus***BENEFITS***All mexican law benefits apply*%2 savings fund$1, 400 food stamps20 days Christmas bonusPay: $18,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month**Education**:- High school or equivalent (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Service: 2 years (required)- Collections: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Advanced English (required)Work Location: In person
