At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.Currently we are looking for our next:**Fixed Assets Analyst****Which is the main objective of this role?**Administer, manage, analyze, register and ensure accounting information of Fixed Assets and Capex Project Control, prepare and facilitate financial certificates and executive reports for LAB - CASA Business units**What will you be doing?**- ** Accounting for movements requested by the Comptroller's Office of each BU.**- ** Process and confirm modifications to Master Data requested by our clients.**- ** Support in the generation of depreciation projection reports ensuring that the figures are correct and timely delivery.**- ** Ensure Obtaining of missing invoices that protect the ownership of the company's assets.**- ** Ensure reconciliation and integration of accounting accounts for Investment, Depreciation, Expenses, Construction in Process and those related to Accounting Standards.**- ** Generate financial information of the movements related to assets and projects in the month for its reporting in HFM ( Q´s Shedules)**- ** Analyze Information on Fixed Assets to internal Clients.**- ** Participate in innovation and improvement projects for the area.**- ** Prepare information required by SOX audits and certifications.**- ** Punctual monitoring of projects to capitalize the assets acquired and mention any risk that may arise according to the policy**Qualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- Act with integrity.- Inspire confidence.- Attention to details.- High sense of urgency.- Service attitude.**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
