Site Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee day to day operations of the construction siteMonitor the progress of subcontractors, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budgetSupervise and evaluate contractors and subcontractors; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriateEnsure that all materials and equipment are properly maintained and storedProvide for site safety and security; devise and implement site procedures and schedulingHandle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reportsEnsure that all necessary permits are obtained before construction beginsSet project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignmentsHandle sensitive information with confidentialitySite Supervisor Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or relevant field10 Years of prior experience in managerial or supervisory rolesReading comprehension of technical documentsExcellent written and spoken communication skillsExemplary analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsProven leadership skills with a large and diverse workforceAbility to nurture effective professional relationships with staff and clientsStrong project management abilitiesConfidence to thrive under pressureProfessional demeanor and attitude**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract**Salary**: $22.00 - $45.00 per hour**Benefits**:Flexible scheduleParental leaveExperience level:10 yearsSchedule:10 hour shiftApplication Question(s):Do you have a bond insurance or premium?
