**Descripción de Puesto****Posi****ción****Sector /Departamento**- Ingeniero Aseguranza de Calidad II- Calidad**Expectativas/ Responsabilidades/ Descripción de Puesto**- Supervisión de Ingenieros de calidad e inspectores de proceso- Desarrollo de procedimientos de prueba y métodos de apoyo de Control de Calidad y Manufactura.- Especificación e implementación de acciones correctivas con manufactura, investigación de quejas de clientes, y de materiales que no estén dentro de especificación.- Evaluar tendencias e implementar acciones correctivas para mejorar la calidad del producto.- Conducir análisis estadísticos, proponer soluciones y dar recomendaciones en base al análisis.- Analizar reportes de defectos y problemas de proceso para determinar tendencias y recomendar acciones correctivas y/o cambios en criterios de inspección.- Desarrollo e implementación de procedimientos de inspección en proceso y procedimientos de prueba para proporcionar apoyo a inspectores en proceso.- Desarrollo de planes de muestreo para ser utilizadas por inspección.- Coordinar y/o capacitar sobre procedimientos de inspección, de ensamble nuevos ó modificados.- Asegurar los procesos de validación. Realizar validaciones que se le asignen.- Desarrollar y coordinar auditorías internas requeridas.- Representante alterno de Gerencia de sistema de calidad.**Educación/ Experiência/ Habilidades Requeridas****Educación**: Título profesional de ingeniería (Calidad, Industrial, Manufactura o equivalente)**Experiência**: Mínimo 6 años experiência en procedimientos estándares de Calidad QSR (GMP), manufactura, ensamble, y empaque de producto médico.**Conocimiento**:Análisis estadísticos, auditorias (internas y a proveedores)**Especializado**: FDA, ISO 13485.**Idiomas**:- **Ingles**: Intermedio
