Descripción y detalle de las actividadesFocuses on identifying strategic suppliers, negotiating long-term contracts, and seeking opportunities to optimize costs and improve quality. Additionally, they collaborate with other departments to align the company’s needs with the most efficient solutions available in the market.1. Create and implement sourcing strategies to meet organizational goals while optimizing cost, quality, and efficiency.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring long-term partnerships and effective collaboration.3. Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions, and ensure contract compliance.4. Continuously monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.5. Work closely with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and finance to ensure alignment between sourcing strategies and company objectives.Experiência y requisitosBachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.**Working proficiency in English is required (minimum C1 level).****Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or procurement within mid-sized or large companies.**Strong ability to work independently, make decisions, and lead projects.
