Chief Technical Officer

About the Role: HELLA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to join our team at HELLA. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex technical systems and ensuring their successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the development of high-quality technical systems that meet customer requirements.
• System Design and Development: Lead the design and development of complex technical systems, including hardware, software, and design components.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in developing electronic, optical, or mechanical systems, with a strong focus on design and technical leadership.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Language: Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and customers.
