You’ll play a key role in crafting ideas that move culture and drive business, blending creativity, media, and AI to make an impact that lasts. Main Responsibilities Focused on the technical orchestration of omnichannel customer journeys. It requires expert-level command of high-end platforms like Marketo Engage, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, combined with a strong technical foundation in HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and CRM/CDP integrations. The most critical aspects of the role are its high level of autonomy—empowering the candidate to execute A/B testing, define real-time predictive audience segments, and modify complex workflows without prior validation—and the requirement to align digital strategies.

Ultimately, the role demands a data-driven strategist who can bridge the gap between creative marketing and technical implementation to optimize conversion rates across web, email, and mobile assets. What will help you succeed Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Design, and/or related fields 3 years of experience in roles related to Marketing Automation, CX, Customer Journeys, or Digital Experience Strong understanding of automated journeys and omnichannel touchpoints Ability to work with cross-functional teams Experience assisting in the design and implementation of automated journeys with personalization based on business rules Familiarity with basic AI concepts and predictive segmentation applied to digital audiences Experience using digital analytics tools for campaign tracking and identifying improvements Knowledge in configuring rules and triggers for omnichannel campaigns, with team support Ability to collaborate in hypothesis validation and campaign results review Support in documenting processes, templates, and work standards This job can be filled in CDMX Remote Model Digital Marketing Consultant • Mexico City Metropolitan Area, Mexico #J-18808-Ljbffr
