You will be responsible for documenting current state processes, identifying process improvements, and maintaining current state reporting and accounting processes so that our organization accelerates growth and maximizes visibility.Key responsibilities:- Generate reports and analyze data on CDA projects for regular meetings and monitoring- Reconcile CDA LATAM project budgets, revenues, and expenses across databases- Identify and manage project risks and issues with mitigation strategies- Work with DIO Strategy & Planning team to ensure standard process adopted across LATAM CDA countries- Assist on CDA Business Cases where appropriate- Work with CDA sales colleagues to ensure that data are entered in an accurate and timely manner- Run monthly CDA project check-in meetings- Ensure CDA assets (e.g., receipts, sales collateral, etc) are captured and stored alongside all other project assets- Investigate the current state of NetAcad business development processes and document them using process flow or similar formats- Develop suggestions of how to improve the efficiency, speed, and impact of NetAcad business development using current start as a starting point- Run data analysis to support NetAcad business development managers as planning process/execution as appropriate- Run NetAcad weekly operational meetings to ensure forecast is on track.Who you will work with:- Collaborate with cross functional teams as needed- Engage with DIO Global Operations team, DIO AMER CDA and NetAcad business development managers (BDMs), sales teams, and more as neededWho you are:- Project manager with industry certification (e.g., PMP, SixSigma)- Data Analyst- Conscientious and detail-oriented- Curious and self-starter- Able to keep larger processes in mind while executing or scrutinizing subprocesses- Have an inquisitive mind and to be innovative in approaches/thinking- Ability to handle ambiguity and complexity- Familiar with sales and business development processesRole Skills/Capabilities/Requirements:- Very proficient in the following software tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint- Proficient in the following software tools: SalesForce, Lucid, Microsoft Project for the Web- Ability to understand, articulate, and improve business processes- Project management skills including scheduling, financial reporting, performance reporting, communications, issues/risks/actions management, procurement management and other key PM skillsets- Demonstrated ability to self-manage- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.- Proficient in English and SpanishKey Measures of Success:- CDA investment and budget variance- CDA audits avoided; low duration of auditsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 03940, Crédito Constructor, CDMX
