Tiktok Editor and Social Media Manager

At LowCode Agency, we're looking for a creative video editor that can repurpose our content into video format, and take our social media channels to new heightsWe have produced a lot of video content (and constantly produce more) and we're looking for someone who can help us repurpose that long content into short content that engages people on tiktok. Ideally you'll also help us define a clear and better social media, video first, strategy to get new B2B clients in the US.This is a fully remote, part time (10hr/mo) job.- Repurpose our current videos to create 30-50 short videos per month.- Bring up new topics and ideas to generate new videos for social media.- Growth of social media and podcast KPIs (followers, reach, clicks, engagement, downloads)- Design, write and/or proofread meaningful, enticing and informational content for every social post with a high attention to detail and excellence- Execute and oversee organic content campaign execution across all channels- Create a living editorial calendar for social postings and report weekly to the team on upcoming social media engagements, campaigns and relevant results- Consistently monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports back on campaign success, proactively and as requested for specific topics- Stay current on industry trends and provide suggestions to the team- Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals and aid in revenue generation as well- Support in the production and promotion of our podcast (editing, guest invitations, transcripts, social media posts and engagement)- Learn a lot, make an impact, have fun**Professional & Personal Skills**- English as a first language or Fluent in English (written, spoken, complete command of the language) - 100% of all work and internal communication will be done in English.- Expert in video editing for social media.- Social Media savvy and content oriented. We create a significant amount of digital content and have a strong social media presence and influence.- The ability and sense of responsibility to work and achieve your goals, projects, and responsibilities with modest amount of supervision.- Positive, intuitive/proactive, and collaborative team player- Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.**Proven Experience & Requirements**- Fluent in English (written, spoken, complete command of the language) - 100% of all work and internal communication will be done in English.- 2-5 years professional writing experience in digital marketing, social media management or similar- Excellent, highly creative copywriting and critical-thinking skills.- Experience working with content standards, such as style and voice and tone guidelines.- At ease managing multiple projects, setting stakeholder expectations, working individually and collaborating across teams.- Leveraging or using the following tools- Canva- Video and audio edition (iMovie, Garageband, Vimeo and similar)- Mailchimp / HubSpot- Instagram Reels & TikTok video creation and edition**Still interested?**- Find LowCode Agency's podcast or YT channel.- Find our Tiktok account.- Create a Tiktok video based on one of our YT videos, same (but better) style.
