The Process/Product Engineering Tech supports the engineering team in the calibration and testing of product samples, as well as engineering experiments providing technical support to achieve process improvements.**Job Description**:- General Responsibilities- Supports with approved requests for calibration and testing from productions floor.- Asissts with product testing for the engineering department.- Assists engineers to achieve process improvements in accordance with operational and production processes.- Participates in validation of new products/projects.- Monitors equipment and instruments by collecting information on calibration, inspection and testing to help make adjustments to equipment, or products.- Reports malfunctions and deviations of instruments and control systems providing recommendations to solve problems.- Assists the preparation of accurate and comprehensive technical reports, documentation, and work instructions related to process changes, improvements, and equipment modifications.- Experience / Qualifications- Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)SmarterTogether- Collaborating at Sensata means working with some of the world’s most talented people in an enriching environment that is constantly pushing towards the next best thing- Employees work across functions, countries and cultures gaining new perspectives through mutual respect and open communication- As OneSensata, we are working together to make things work togetherClick here to viewSensata Recruitment Privacy StatementClick here to view ourSensata Recruitment Privacy Statement for China
