**Senior Sales Administrator (Salesforce Experience)**Someone who can demonstrate senior-level experience and an expert level skillset in the following areas:- Significant executive financial support experience, including supporting C-level executives across different businesses.- Design, development, and training for franchise projects using SalesForce native tools and custom codes.- Creation of LWCs and web services to integrate Salesforce with different legacy systems.- Overseeing departments involved in the purchase, pricing, debt management, and accounts payable and receivable.- Providing recommendations to the CEO and owner.- Assisting in the processes of financial prediction and preparation of budgets.- Overseeing the preparation of financial reports- Assisting the executive team on long-term financial and business planning- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with external partners.- Tracking cash flow and analyzing the company’s financial weaknesses and strength, whilst proposing corrective actions- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, senior executives, staff, clients, providers and partners.Not required but big plus:- Integrations with different platforms: Quickbooks, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Docusign.- Integration with Legacy Systems (Developed in PHP and ASP NET) using web services.Skills and qualifications- Excellent financial forecasting skills- Proficiency in various computer software, such as MS Word, MS Excel, Quickbooks, Salesforce, and other financial management software.- Strong leadership skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to strategize and devise solutions- Impeccable analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers- Excellent financial planning skills and budget improvement- Honesty and integrity- Expert in Office 365, Dropbox, Google Drive, Quickbooks online.- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.Whom are we looking for:- Must be ready to serve in a fast-paced, intense, evolving position.- Ability to switch gears at a moment's notice.- Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.- Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.- Perfect English - written and verbal.Hours:- Full-time job (40-hours per week) Work from home/anywhere.Communication:- Outstanding English communication - Written and verbal- Professional presentation (professional working environment in background, able to present themselves well on Zoom, etc).**Salary**:2,000 USD/Month + performance bonuses**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience working in a full English work environment?- Do you have experience working remotely?**Experience**:- Salesforce: 4 years (required)- Quickbooks: 4 years (required)**Language**:- Professional English (C2 Level) (required)
