Right now we are evolving and developing, so that’s why we have our offices in 7 different countries, from Asia, to Latin America, with over 2500 employees, and at this moment we are opening our office here, in Mexico-City.This advanced recruiting agency is part of a large IT product company of international level. We carry out a full cycle of selection of IT and Digital specialists and completely cover the HR needs of a team working on its own key products. And now we are looking for a Business-trainer.Your duties:- Organize and conduct soft-skills training and learning events online and offline- Support of development process on-the-job- Conduct activities prior to training and post-training- Prepare regular training report and administration- Work with various systems and documents- Monitor TnD progress and indicators- Experience in direct sales and VIP customer service from 1 year- On-the-job training experience (mentoring/supervision)- Knowledge of English language from B1 level- Knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) from mid of confident user level- Knowledge of online and offline training techniques as well as experience in conducting trainings and webinars on soft skills (sales and negotiation skills, time-management, stress- management and others) will be an advantagePersonal qualities:- Accountability- Commitment to development- Communication skills- Flexibility- Emotional Intelligence- Time-management- Effective communicationWhat we offer:- Comfortable office with coffee and goodies- Workplaces fully equipped for professional needs- Flexible schedule- Competitive salary- Opportunity for financial and career growth- Friendly and creative team- Corporate library**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- What level of Microsoft Office do you have?
