In this role, you'll handle the full lifecycle of social media content—from repurposing existing materials to strategic posting and community interaction. If you have a proven track record in B2B social media, love crafting compelling content, and can demonstrate tangible growth in past roles, we want to hear from youThe role is divided into three equal parts:1/3 Content Creation: Repurposing and reformatting existing content for optimal performance on each platform, including video editing and captioning.1/3 Research, Planning, and Reporting: Analyzing trends, developing content calendars, and tracking performance metrics to inform strategies.1/3 Community Management: Actively engaging with audiences through comments, interactions, and collaborations with other accounts to build relationships and foster loyalty.This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a B2B environment, where your strategies will directly contribute to brand growth on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and reformat existing content to suit specific social media channels (e.g., adapting long-form articles into short videos or infographics).Edit videos, add engaging captions, subtitles, and calls-to-action to enhance viewer retention and interaction.Schedule and post content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms, adhering to a strategic content calendar.Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to optimize content plans.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion metrics.Manage community interactions by responding to comments, engaging with followers, and proactively interacting with industry influencers and accounts.Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.**Requirements**:Based in Mexico with full work authorization.Proven B2B social media experience, with a portfolio or case studies demonstrating how you've grown previous social pages (e.g., increased followers, engagement, or leads).Impeccable English skills (both written and verbal) for creating professional, error-free content.Demonstrable expertise in modern strategies for LinkedIn (professional networking and thought leadership), Instagram (visual storytelling and reels), and YouTube (long-form video optimization and SEO).Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar) and content management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, deadlines, and multitasking across content creation, research, and engagement.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package (commensurate with experience).A collaborative, innovative team environment where your ideas drive real results.Tools and resources to support your success, including access to premium social media analytics and editing software.Pay: $17,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- This is an in-office position, can that work for you?**Language**:- English (required)**Location**:- 44610 Guadalajara, Jal.
