Come and build with us the next Mexican Unicorn**The Role**As the Influencer and Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. You will also create compelling content across various platforms to engage our audience and promote our products.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives- Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators who align with our brand values and target demographics- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiation and campaign execution- Create engaging and creative content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer marketing into overall marketing campaigns- Monitor, report, and analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and content creation**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing and/or content creation- Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns- Strong network of influencers and content creators- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas- Proficiency in social media platforms, metrics, and content creation tools- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Passion for lifestyle brands and a keen understanding of consumer behavior
