**Location**: US, Mexico, or Brazil**Position Overview**This role reports to the Financial Analysis Manager on the Business Support Unit Performance Controlling Team and is responsible for the financial support of the Information Technology (IT) organization for Digital Industries Software (DI SW).**Roles & Responsibilities**:- Manage relationships and charging with DI IT Finance- Business Partnering between DI SW IT and Transfer Pricing group- Variance analysis and other ad-hoc reporting and analysis- Business Partner with Managers to guide on the financial impact of decisions- Provide guidance regarding corporate policies and procedures- Prepare journal entries and support month-end close process- Identify opportunities for cost reductions and efficiencies- Lead process improvement efforts and ad-hoc projects- Manage headcount, expense, and capital budgets- Assist with annual plan preparation and monthly forecasts for departments within IT- Build and maintain strong relationships within Finance and other Corporate Functions**Job Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, and 5-10 years relevant experience- CPA or MBA preferred.- Solid understanding of general accounting, forecasting, expense planning, financial management, and analysis for alternative business decisions.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.- An attention to detail with a high accuracy level and the ability to function with multiple priorities and under strict deadlines.- Ability to manage competing priorities and successfully lead and complete complex projects, while meeting deadlines and maintaining responsiveness.- Ability to summarize and communicate information as appropriate for the audience.- Familiarity with or desire to learn analytics, Automation tools (e.g. KNIME) and Smart Visualization tools (e.g. Tableau or Qlikview) a plus.- Strong Excel skills and experience with query tools, as well as the ability to use systems/tools to gather data and summarize information for management.- Hyperion, Essbase/Smartview, SAP and Business Objects experience desired.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
