Commodity Buyer

**Entreprise**:GDL CircuitsA manufacturing company located in GDL Technology Park in Zapopan, Jalisco. México**Missions**:- Be responsible for the purchase of the necessary materials (raw PCB, electronic components, packaging, mechanical parts for the electronics industry) in case that the purchasing strategy has not been provided by corporative in France.- Contract with local suppliers, including the supply chain agreements and programs- Negotiate the prices defined as local- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers (Payment terms, Incoterms, MOQ, lead-time)- Manage local relationship with local suppliers- Manage and report PPV- Ensure first level of shortage escalation- Support SQA for vendor claim recovering- Manage and monitor supply invoices disputes- SAP system loaded according this purchasing strategy- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and the general public.- Review the price differences between suppliers to solve and prevent future problems with them.- Be in touch with All circuits commodity managers to escalate and request support**Profil**:- Experience as commodity buyer, preferably in mechanical and electronic environment- 5+ years of experience in a WW mature company, with effective practice of SAP- Strategic negotiation- English SpokenERP mandatoryWindows office tools- Industrial engineer.
