This role is critical to ensuring workforce readiness, compliance with quality and EH&S standards, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a similar position- Completed professional degree- Certification as an integrated internal auditorResponsibilities:- Identify industrial training needs and develop programs to meet those needs- Supervise and evaluate the industrial training process- Analyze training effectiveness metrics to identify improvement opportunities- Develop, implement, and manage the document control system associated with Quality, EH&S Systems (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000, Compliant Pro)Knowledge:- Personnel management- Document control administration- MS Office- A3 tool and Problem solving- Training administration aspects- Teaching techniques- Negotiation skills- Lean manufacturing tools- TRESS (HR system)- Intermediate English
