**Nuestro cliente**:Empresa lider en la fabricación de dispositivos médicos**Buscamos**:CAPA Engineer**Objetivo del puesto**:Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos regulatorios y de calidad mediante la gestión efectiva del proceso de CAPA (Acciones Correctivas y Preventivas), contribuyendo a la mejora continua del sistema de calidad.**Responsabilidades**:- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a investigaciones de no conformidades, desviaciones y reclamaciones.- Liderar la implementación de acciones correctivas y preventivas (CAPA) asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, calidad y documentación requerida.- Realizar análisis de causa raíz utilizando metodologías como 5 Why’s, Ishikawa, FMEA, entre otros.- Mantener actualizados los indicadores clave del sistema de calidad relacionados con CAPA.- Participar en auditorías internas y externas (FDA, ISO 13485).- Trabajar en conjunto con áreas de ingeniería, producción, calidad y regulación para implementar mejoras.**Requisitos**:- Ingeniería (Industrial, Biomédica, Mecánica, o afín).- Experiência mínima de 3 años en manejo de procesos CAPA- Industria médica o farmacéutica (Preferentemente)- Conocimiento de normativas ISO, IATF y/o FDA- Inglés avanzado- Dominio de herramientas de análisis de causa raíz y mejora continua.- Preferentemente certificado en Core Tools,- Amplio manejo de Minitab,Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vida- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Metodologia CAPA: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Ingles Avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
