**Production Manager**- Manage plant safety program.- Fulfill production schedule meeting all delivery dates.- Achieve quality and productivity targets set together with management.- Manage shop and machinery maintenance.- Lead and support Lean Manufacturing (e.g. 5’s), Continuous Improvement and innovation initiatives within the department and throughout the organization.- Manage subordinates’ professional development and training.- Hire and train new staff as needed.- Develop and implement production procedures and standards following Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.- Coordinate activities with Engineering and Purchasing Departments.- Manage customer service and support regarding production issues.- Coordinate and exchange technical and production information with our USA head office Production and Engineering Departments.Qualifications/Experience:He must master all main metal-cutting process including, 3D milling, turning, surface grinding, EDM’ing.He must thoroughly understand CNC programing principles. Past experience with CNC programing will be an advantage.He must be familiar with Lean Manufacturing and have a thorough understanding of Design for Manufacturing and Standard Work principles.He must have a valid Passport and US tourist visa.Location: Mexico City, north-central (Azcapotzalco).Submission and Application:**Salary**: $60,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
