Event Analyst

As an EVENT ANALYST, you will will coordinate the institutional events at the national level of the plants, distributors and corporate of our architectural business.You will report to the event coordinator.**Key Responsibilities**- Follow up on the annual planning strategy for institutional events.- Deal with suppliers to follow up on the administrative process.- Monitor service request processes.- Concentrate the necessary information for event planning.- Help develop the event by managing the activities previously dictated to the suppliers.- Manage the assembly and disassembly of equipment and other materials to be defined by event, guaranteeing our security policies.- Communicate with the service area of other plants, ehs, surveillance, or hr.**Qualifications**- Completed bachelor's degree or technical career (public relations, tourism, event organization) or related.- Experienced of 1+ years working in similar areas.- Basic English.- Excel (dynamic tables)- PowerPoint (presentations)This Job is onsite in Kroma Tultitlán #LI-Onsite**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
