Senior Accounting Analyst

We are hiring a **Senior Accounting**Analyst**to drive impactful financial analysis and lead critical financial processes within a dynamic and global organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in shaping the Company’s financial strategy and operations.**What You Will Be Doing**:- Review and analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet accounts.- Prepare monthly accounting journal entries and balance sheet Reconciliations.- Monthly Intercompany Cross-charges.- Prepare Quarterly Financial Statements.- Prepare and review Facilities annual budget for the GBC in partnership with the Local Function and Finance Rep.- Prepare and present the Quarterly Balance Sheet Review providing explanations of compositions and the main variations.- Lead the closing meetings, ensuring the P&L and Balance Sheet balances are correctly integrated.- Monitoring and Control of Local Cost Centers.- Capitalization of Fixed Assets, Depreciation and Disposal journal entries.- Fixed Assets Physical Inventory Audit.- Working with key members of the business to identify areas to improve and propose corrective actions or cost-saving initiatives.- Provide support in the processes of the AP team.- Assure the Company is complying with all financial and accounting policies and regulations.**Who You Are**:**Minimum Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.- Minimum of 5 years of applicable and shown work experience.- Have worked in services companies and have proven experience making accounting and financial analysis.- Excel proficiency is a must.- Evidence of ability to speak and write in advanced English.**Desired Skills and Experience**- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP-system preferred.- Experience working with multinational companies desired.- Technical Skills - Demonstrates detailed knowledge in accounting and experience in preparing financial analysis reports.**Wellbeing Means so Much More than Benefits**:We value our employees' well-being at Steelcase and offer several resources to support their health, work, and personal needs.- Employee Assistance Program, which provides immediate and confidential help 24/7 for any problem related to health, work, or personal life.
