Workplace Ai Adoption Manager

**Typical Accountabilities**- ** Define and Execute Adoption Strategies**Develop and deliver structured adoption plans for Workplace AI technologies, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes in partnership with IT Training and Best Practise teams.- ** Partner with Business Units**Co-create adoption roadmaps with business stakeholders, ensuring AI tools are embedded into everyday workflows and deliver tangible value.- ** Foster Communities of Practice**Build and sustain networks that enable knowledge sharing, peer learning, and innovation in AI usage across the enterprise.- ** Develop Value Measurement Frameworks**Define and implement frameworks to measure adoption success, employee productivity, and satisfaction during pilots and transition to BAU.- ** Champion Change and Engagement**Act as an advocate for AI-driven ways of working, promoting awareness, building confidence, and embedding new practices into organisational culture.- ** Collaborate with Enablement Teams**Work closely with the Agent Factory and Employee Experience teams to ensure adoption strategies are integrated into the flow of work.**Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience****Essential**- Proven experience in **technology adoption, change management, or digital transformation**.- Strong understanding of **AI technologies and workplace collaboration platforms**.- Ability to design and execute **adoption strategies and value measurement frameworks**.- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.- Familiarity of working in an international, multi-time zone support environment.- ** Advanced English** communication skills.**Desirable**- Experience in **building communities of practice** and driving cultural change.- Background in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments.**Why Join Us?**This is your opportunity to **lead the cultural and behavioural shift towards AI-powered ways of working** at AstraZeneca.
