**Company Description**MSP Growth Agents LLC is Recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) that supports businesses with IT optimization, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. We’re seeking a motivated **Inside Sales Representative/Appointoment Setter (ISR)** to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule conversations for senior leadership. This is a great opportunity to develop sales skills in the high-demand tech industry.**What You’ll Do**:- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the MSP’s leadership- Use CRM tools (e.g., Close.io) to track outreach and results- Collaborate with sales coaches in weekly 1:1 and group huddles- Hit daily/weekly KPIs for dials, conversations, and meetings booked**Qualifications**- Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills- Experience in Account Management (**Preferred**)- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Previous experience in the VoIP or I.T. services industry is a plus (**Preferred**)- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (**Preferred**)**What You’ll Get**:- Competitive base salary + performance bonuses (20,000 MXN Base, Plus 50 USD for every qualified appointment attedended + 25% of every deal closed) **On target earnings 40,000-60,000 MXN/Month**:- Sales coaching and career development support- Opportunity to work closely with a U.S.based MSP- Paid Time off.- **Full time contractor role, No benifits**:- **Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 PM or 10:00 am to 6:00 pm****About MSP Growth Agents LLC**:We recruit, coach, and develop elite sales talent for leading Managed Service Providers across the U.S. Our mission is to place the right people in the right roles and help them thrive.**How to Apply**:Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $20,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Programa de referidosExperiência:- ventas: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 44690, Rinconada Santa Rita, Jal.
