The ideal candidate will bring expert‑level experience in both .NET Core and React, hands‑on experience with Azure Function Apps, and a foundational understanding of Power Platform tools such as Power BI and Power Apps. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade web applications using .NET Core and React, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance. Develop and manage serverless solutions using Azure Function Apps, supporting critical business workflows and integrations. Contribute to ongoing enhancements, bug fixes, and stability efforts for the existing CAF Digital Tool to support business needs post‑launch. Collaborate with Power Platform specialists to support integration or simple extensions using Power BI and Power Apps. Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including solution architects, business analysts, and designers, to deliver high‑quality solutions aligned with strategic business objectives. Write clean, well‑documented, and efficient code following industry best practices and internal standards. Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and unexpected behaviors across both front‑end and back‑end layers. Contribute ideas and recommendations for system optimization, user experience enhancement, and future architectural decisions. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in full‑stack development with a strong focus on .NET Core/C# and React. Expert‑level proficiency in .NET Core and C# for backend development. Expert‑level proficiency in React for building modern, interactive user interfaces. Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience building and maintaining Azure Function Apps in a production environment. Basic knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps, with the ability to support or integrate these tools as needed. Experience building Azure Function Apps using Node.js or Python. Strong analytical skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, geographically distributed team environment. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Experience building and configuring solutions using Microsoft Power Pages. Familiarity with React‑based AppKit 4 UI frameworks. Experience creating automated workflows using Power Automate. Familiarity with Azure Service Bus for messaging and event‑driven architectures. Experience with Azure SQL Server and Azure Blob Storage for cloud data solutions. Exposure to integrating OpenAI or other AI/ML services within cloud applications.
