As we grow into new healthcare verticals, we’re expanding our marketing team and looking for passionate, data-driven professionals to join us.**Job Description** About the Role**We’re looking for a **Demand Generation Marketing Coordinator** who is detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to execute high-impact marketing campaigns. You’ll help us tailor our marketing efforts to specific healthcare audiences—designing campaigns that resonate with different buyer personas, organization sizes, and market segments.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in B2B marketing for U.S.based companies who enjoys cross-functional collaboration, creative campaign-building, and data-driven optimization.**What You’ll Do**- Support and execute **vertical-specific demand generation campaigns**.- Build and run **1-2 webinars per month**, from planning and promotion to post-event reporting.- Maintain and enrich contact and account data in our CRM and marketing systems.- Collaborate with content, design, product marketing, and sales to build cohesive campaigns.- Research competitors and market trends to inform ABM and campaign strategies.- Measure and report on campaign performance and make data-backed optimization recommendations.- Assist with **lead routing, campaign follow-ups**, and communication with BDRs and sales.- Contribute to other marketing operations and demand generation tasks as needed.**Qualifications** What We’re Looking For**- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a **U.S.based B2B** environment.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required).- Strong project management and organizational skills.- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote environment.- Proactive, independent, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic team.**Additional Information** Bonus Points If You Have**:- Experience with Salesforce CRM.- Background in B2B SaaS marketing, especially in healthcare.- Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom Webinar, On24, GoToWebinar, Goldcast).**Why Join MedTrainer?**- Be part of a fast-growing, mission-driven SaaS company.- Work with a collaborative, innovative, and global team.- Enjoy a flexible work environment and opportunities for career growth.- Make a real impact in how healthcare organizations manage compliance and operations.- Competitive compensation package and benefits.**Application Requirements**- Are **Mexican citizens or legally authorized to work in Mexico**, and- ** Currently reside in Querétaro or are willing to relocate.**Please attach your updated CV in English when applying.We also encourage you to include a brief note explaining why you believe you are a strong fit for this role and how your experience aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications listed.
