Thinking beyond opportunity and reward, at Flowserve, we are inspired by working together to create extraordinary flow control solutions to make the world better for everyone**Job Summary**:In this Credit Collections Analyst role you will perform a variety of task and other financial activities within an organization.**Responsibilities**- Build and Maintain relationships with internal and external business partners and stakeholders- Manage a collection portfolio by monitoring and collecting open invoices on customer accounts- Maintain transparent, accurate and standard collections notes- Identify collection issues and open dispute case/escalate if needed, first point of escalation for Associate- Frequently review sales orders on hold- Prepare audit evidence as per internal controls & SOX /audit requirements- Support the organization with timely month-end closing- Participate in scheduled Collection update calls- Data Analysis and report preparation/consolidation as required in the role- Training and mentoring activities**Requirements**:- 3+ years relevant experience- Economics/Finance related Secondary Studies or Bachelor's Degree is an advantage- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and any other language (as per required in role)- Ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders- Beginner user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Basic knowledge and experience using ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP) is an advantage- Good analytical, research and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail- Supportive attitude and good interpersonal skill set- Embraces changeFlowserve is a world-leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow control systems.
