Personas como tú**Automation Process Technician**Puesto ID: Tipo de trabajo: Tiempo completo, Locación: San Luis PotosiCódigo FES (Nível HRL): P-07-13**Objetivo de la posición**Asistir en la planeación e implementación de procesos de manufactura de diversas tecnologías de producción a la planta. Adiminstrar y mantener en control los procesos de manufactura en series para lograr los objetivos de planta.**Actividades principales**- Asegurar la confiabilidad del proceso deteniendo la línea al tercer defecto y notificando al Ingeniero de procesos para la solución inmediata del problema.- Es responsable del entrenamiento técnico del personal operario con base al plan de entrenamiento, en coordinación con Entrenamiento Técnico, Calidad y Supervisor de Producción, asegurando su cumplimiento en tiempo y forma.- Verificar que los operadores trabajen de acuerdo a las instrucciones de trabajo establecidas y no se desvíen del trabajo estándar, evitando errores y alteraciones al proceso.- Notificar al Ingeniero de procesos y manufactura de las posibles correcciones y/o modificaciones necesarias para la mejor comprensión de las instrucciones de trabajo.- Asegurar la confiabilidad del proceso de máquinas correspondientes a su proceso, deteniendo la línea al tercer defecto, y primer defecto para procesos críticos; notificar al Ingeniero de Proceso y Supervisor de Producción, para la solución inmediata del problema.- Monitorear los datos que se consideren características críticas y/o significativas del proceso, acorde a las indicaciones del Ingeniero de procesos.**Requisitos necesarios****Escolaridad**:Certificado de Preparatoria Bachillerato (Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Productividad o Afín)**Experiência laboral**Experiência y conocimientos teóricos y técnicos en procesos de automatización.Experiência y conocimientos teóricos y técnicos en procesos de Interiores.**Conocimientos técnicos**- Control eléctrico- Integridad del producto- Norma IATF 16949:2016- Lean Manufacturing**Observaciones importantes para solicitar Posteo Interno**Fecha limite para entregar el posteo: 5 días hábiles después de la publicación.Para postear es necesario presentar el Formato de Posteo Interno debidamente llenado y firmado directamente al reclutador responsable, y además deberás ingresar a tu sesión en Success Factors, buscar la vacante y aplicar directamente en el sistema.
