We are over 250,000 game changers, mountain movers and history makers, located around the world, and united by a shared set of values and goals.**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**To execute the optimization and standardization of Mexico Compute infrastructure by executing remediation actions, driving cost-efficiency initiatives, and ensuring alignment with global IT standards, while maintaining operational excellence and CMDB integrity—particularly within the complex Mexico region.**Your Impact**As**IT Infra & Ops Analyst**your responsibilities would consist:Second-level Windows, Linux, Physical Servers, and Appliances support.,Ensure the availability of the compute infrastructure across 14 critical locations through managed service providers for Compute and Database escalations, around 56 servers and appliances,Security remediation for IT Servers and Databases, including configuration management, patching, OS hardening, and vulnerability management,Inventory of IT Servers and Databases for the region.,Liaison with Sector I&O and Apps Leads across the region,Enhance Vulnerability Management Performance (VMP) efficiency through close collaboration with the Vulnerability Management teamQualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Experience**- 3+ years of IT experience supporting Windows and Linux Operating systems- 2+ years supporting Microsoft SQL & Oracle Servers- 2+ years supporting Data Centers, Data Center hardware, and Enterprise-class hardware like Storage, Rubrik, VMWare, UPS, and Backup solutionsTechnical Skills:- Windows and Linux Operating systems- Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Database- Enterprise-class hardware like Storage, Rubrik, VMWare, UPS, and Backup solutions- Azure Cloud- Security of Servers and Databases- IT Service Management processesNon-Technical Skills:- Experience in Agile methodology.- Ability to interact with different levels of leadership (App owners and Market Leads)- Interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict management- Ability to multitask and deliver complex tasks and projects- Ability to speak English and Spanish to support the LATAM sector- Requirement for rare, unplanned travel to support IT outages and technology refresh**What can you expect from us**:- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes- Organized personality- Team player- Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy- Advocates for and embraces the use of new tools and techniques- Problem Solving- Seeks opportunities to strengthen digital culture through collaborating and sharing knowledge- Track record of improving processes, leading projects and influencing decision-makers- Has an informed opinion on digital trends, including fluency with specific digital technologies**We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
