Job Description- Ensure the process works at optimum level, required output, and quality expectations to meet customer requirements.- Enhance the quality of products, reduce customer complaints, ensure compliance with customers regulations, and provide adherence to internal Quality Standards.- Set and maintain all operating process parameters to achieve high levels of production and efficiency targets.- Analyze and investigate root causes from process deviations and quality performance and support operations groups in the corrective action.- Design interim and long-term solutions to resolve process bottlenecks.- Deliver projects on time, within budget, in accordance with project success criteria, through prioritization, allocation of resources, budgeting, planning, and controlling.- Develop and/or participate in implementing cost savings initiatives involving waste minimization, productivity improvements, product recovery, and other process optimization opportunities through an active partnership with the Equipment Engineering group and operation teams.- Provide technical support for new products; interaction with, NPI, R&D, Quality, Operations, and other support groups.- Provide support in technical challenges to solve process related problems.- Develop and implement plans to achieve Plant Goals.- Prepare and present engineering reports and metrics results.- Participate in daily meeting with core team.- Promote and maintain the continuous improvement in process operations.
