We'd like to have someone with previous telemarketing experience or someone with previous experience in the home improvement field.Someone bilingual is a huge plus Good phone skills and customer service is a must Full time is preferred, ideally Monday-Friday but we are flexible.We are looking for a bilingual Spanish/English **Cold Calling / Telemarketing Sales Representative.****Job qualifications**:- **Cold Calling Sale experience - Must**:- **Telemarketing Sales Representative experience - Must**:- **Previous experience in the home improvement field - Advantage**:- Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish- Reading comprehension- Typing proficiency- Punctual and dependable- Availability to work between 8AM to 6PM Pacific Time, 5 to 6 days a week, 8 hours shift, shift may be vary.**Roles and Responsibilities**You will be our customer over the phone with:- Scheduling appointments- Relaying work orders and messages- Addressing questions and problems with customers- Calling for follow-ups and rescheduling**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-timePay: $70.00 - $110.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 - 48 per week**Experience**:- Cold Calling: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
