Position Summary:

The Solutions Architect specialized in technology presales is responsible for designing and proposing technical solutions using the full Google technology stack, including Google Cloud, Google Workspace, and other Google tools and services. This professional works closely with sales teams, potential clients, and other stakeholders to understand technical and business requirements and to create solutions that add value and meet client expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Requirement Assessment:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives.
  • Conduct analysis of clients' current systems and technological challenges.
• Solution Design:
  • Create solution architectures that integrate products and services from the Google technology stack, such as Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, and others.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
• Presentation and Demonstration:
  • Prepare and present detailed technical proposals to potential clients.
  • Conduct demonstrations and proof-of-concept trials to illustrate how solutions meet client requirements.
• Technical Advisory:
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical knowledge and recommendations on best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google technologies and services to effectively advise clients.
• Presales Support:
  • Collaborate with the sales team in preparing proposals and contracts, ensuring technical and commercial alignment.
  • Participate in events, seminars, and webinars to promote Google technological solutions.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer:
  • Provide training and technical documentation to both internal teams and clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical Experience:
  • Demonstrable experience in solution architectures with Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, and other Google products.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructures, security, networking, and applications.
• Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accessibly.
• Certifications:
  • Relevant Google certifications (such as Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect) are highly valued.
• Analytical Skills:
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and design effective and efficient solutions.
• Commercial Competencies:
  • Previous experience in presales roles with a strong customer orientation and understanding of processes.
• Additional Experience:
  • Previous experience working in the public sector.
