Foreman Slip

Work Mode: Onsite_**Location**:On Site - Juárez, Nuevo León, México**Opportunity**BASIC FUNCTION:Under the direct supervision of the Slip and Glaze General Supervisor in Plant II, is responsible for receiving raw materials in the glaze room, supervision of the glaze making process, final adjustment and distribution of glaze in the different spray booths, administration of the associates under him supervision, administration, control and maintenance the glaze department equipment.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Glaze making process and approval of glaze and inventory control.2. Distribution of glaze to the spray department.3. Final adjustment of the glaze to every specific spray area (manual spray, robot, nutro machine, etc.).4. Deck wash making process for kilns area.5. Report any failure of the glaze department equipment by submitting work orders when necessary.6. Elaboration the payroll reports of the associates under his supervision.7. To supervise appropriate use PPE, promote housekeeping in the glaze department.8. Coordination of tests with laboratory technician.9. Production and approval of stopping (ceramic patch) for rework area.10.
