So what does a Recruiter really do?Think of yourself as the person who is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organizationYou are responsible for hiring the best possible talent, this will be achieved through employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.As a Recruiter, you will be performing the day to day recruitment functions and duties related to but not limited to the following:Job Analysis, Sourcing & Profiling, Screening and Selection, Documentation & Reporting.**Requirements**:We need someone who has at least 1 year of working experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisitionAlso, you must have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree (graduate of HR Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
