Process Engineering Manager

As CHEMICAL PROCESS ENGINEERING MANAGER you will ensure the capacity of the production plants to meet the demand of each Business Unit, maintaining a high level of productivity and cost efficiency in the different production plants as well as owning the management of technology transfer of processes and products.**Key Responsibilities**- Calculate plant capacity and balance it with product demand.- Design efficient processes, improving costs and operating times.- Reduce process waste - lean manufacturing processes.- Lead successful technology transfer.- Evaluate the feasibility of technology transfer (process. product).- Generate and promote development plans for its collaborators.- Promote world-class process improvement strategies.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Chemical Engineering is required.- Proven ability leading chemical process areas.- Desirable experience in coating manufacturing processes.- Certified as Black Belt.- Specialized in world class manufacturing or lean manufacturing.- Fluent English**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
