Technical service centre services are provided for major OEM brands.Experience to provide customer service, sales, or administrative support. Communication skills to a variety of information as internal or external customers to support the sale or service of products.Responsible. Originality and ingenuity are requirements for this area.Requirement NCR/TGCS BD:Position: Order Fulfillment/Customer Service1. At least 1 year similar working experience2. Good English communication skills in both writing and speaking3. Good at Microsoft Office software, ERP/SAP is a plus4. Responsive and responsible, accurate in details, good teamwork spiritActividades a realizar:1. Manage customer's demand reasonably for material and production planning2. Coordinate with cross functions to meet customer's shipping requirement3. Update shipping schedule to customer and maintain in customer's website4. Work with customer to solve routine issues5.
