**Senior Backend Engineer(Go) JOB-33120****Description**About Platform, Internal Systems and ServicesApplications include Data Access Layer (DAL), Data Content Processor (DCP), Active Content Systems (ACS) and other critical systems as identified**Summary**proven experience building solutions with Apache Kafka, AWS services, such as S3, Lambda, EKS**Responsibilities Include**:This is a critical role with a wide range of responsibilities, including:- Designing and maintaining data intensive mongoDB and GRPC based APIs- Design, implementation and deployment of new scalable and secure Node.js services- Refactoring and modernizing of legacy Node.js services- Integration of external services- Using kafka, and numerous features and troubleshooting options related to kafka- Participate in code reviews and ensure fellow developers adhere to team’s best practices andprocesses- Actively participate in the design & architecture phases of upcoming features and services**Qualities / Experience we are seeking**- BS degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required- 7+ years of software engineering experience- 5 + years of GoLang experience- 2 + years of experience with writing and using APIs to consume data and push data to MongoDB- Experience with writing scalable and optimized MongoDB queries and ability to optimize and improve upon existing MongoDB queries and indexes for large datasets- Working knowledge of architectural patterns and potential limitations with MongoDB- Ability to validate, performance test, and improve MongoDB code interactions as as part of development phase- Working knowledge of gRPC framework- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills- Experience with as much of our technology stack as possible: Redis, Git, AWS, Kubernetes,Docker- Experience working within a globally distributed team- **Advanced English**:- **Remote postion**- **Requirements & Notes**- 7+ years of experience- 5 + years of GoLang experience- 4 + years NodeJS- 3 + years AWS- 2+ years Apache Kafka- 2 + years of experience with writing and using APIs to consume data and push data to MongoDB- Experience writing scalable and optimized MongoDB queries and the ability to optimize and improve upon existing MongoDB queries and indexes for large datasets- Working knowledge of architectural patterns and potential limitations with MongoDB- Working knowledge of gRPC framework**Must have skills**- Kafka- AWS (Amazon Web Services)- Node.js- Redis- Golang (Go)**Nice to have skills**- Scrum**Kafka** **AWS (Amazon Web Services)** **Node.js** **Redis** **Golang (Go)** **Scrum**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de vida- Trabajar desde casaLugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
