Your role will involve overseeing and leading a team of developers, defining and implementing advanced technology strategies, driving innovation, and setting high technical standards.What You Will DoOversee technical aspects of projects, guide team members in problem-solving, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Design robust and scalable application architectures using React and related technologies, aligning them with business and technical requirements. Maintain high code quality standards, review and approve pull requests, ensuring adherence to best coding practices. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to seamlessly integrate frontend and backend functionalities. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the React ecosystem and incorporate new tools to enhance project outcomes. Monitor and optimize the performance of web applications, ensuring efficiency, responsiveness, and scalability. Here’s What We Are Looking For7+ years of experience with React. Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration. In-depth knowledge of Design Patterns. Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge. Strong experience in application security best practices. Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications. Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas. Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines. Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses. Advanced knowledge of the trade-offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions. Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts. Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning. Advanced level of English.
