Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, with operations found around the globe, we are a team of professionals dedicated to building profitable, enduring growth among all our customers with an unrelenting drive to exceed customer expectations.**Key Responsibilities**:- Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Finance, CPFR, and Manufacturing teams to understand key demand forecasting drivers.- Analyze and challenge sales forecasts using historical data, seasonality trends, market insights, and budget considerations to enhance forecast accuracy.- Improve demand forecasting through statistical modeling, advanced software tools, and cross-functional collaboration.- Lead coordination of customer projects with Sales and Supply Planning teams.- Optimize forecasting models and rules based on evolving market trends and demand patterns.- Conduct quantitative and financial forecast analyses, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend continuous improvements.- Facilitate forecast meetings as part of the internal Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process.- Align demand forecasts with annual business planning objectives, identifying key convergences and discrepancies.**Qualifications & Skills**:- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related field (mandatory).- Experience in the Automotive Aftermarket (AFM) industry.- Experience working with ERP systems (transactional data, operational reports, orders, inventories). S4/HANA experience is a plus.- Advanced data analysis skills with expertise in Excel and Pivot Tables (Power BI is a plus).- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization.- Proven problem-solving ability with a track record of improving business performance.- Fluent English (C1 level preferred); proficiency in a second language is a plus.- Proactive, takes initiative, and can work independently in a remote environment.- Strong analytical skills, including experience with statistical models.- We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.First Brands Group is a proud equal opportunity employer.
