You will have the opportunity to work in a tight team, where you will build and run DiDi's business across all Spanish Speaking LATAM (SSL). Never a dull momentWhether designing a new product feature, identifying improvement opportunities, assessing implementation options, or working with our global engineering team to develop and prioritize potential new features, you will be constantly seeking solutions that scale, while directly contributing to DiDi growth in SSLRole Responsibilities:- Defining new features needs, roadmaps and key metrics to improve our product offering, solve main user pain points and achieve business goals, ensuring business alignment across every project- Owning the definition of how new features will work and look by collaborating with local growth teams and engineers, performing end user UXR, and developing mockups- Managing new features testing and implementations process through using internal data to build insights, develop a strategy, outline an execute tests, and scale successful results.- Developing expansion plans to roll-out new features across all Spanish Speaking Latam- Managing large cross-functional projects: Work across product, marketing, and operations to implement projects that deepen DiDi’s understanding of our drivers. Stakeholder management is key- Balancing attention to detail with swift execution: We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, but this should be our strength.Role Qualifications:- Business, engineering, economics or other analytically-focused academic background.
