We are **Bizee (formerly Incfile)**, an incorporation filing company to file and form LLCs and Corporations within the United States. We file in all 50 States in the USA and we are an online business. We service the general public in providing a filing service to help them to start their new business. We strive to assist our customers in their filing needs as well as any support they may need along the way.We are currently looking to hire Customer Support Agents to provide a friendly, professional, and helpful interaction to our American customers.**Scheme**:Monday to Friday - **On-site**.8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM depending on DST (Daylight Saving Time in the USA).**Expected start date for the new wave: January, 19th. 2026.****General Activities**:- Handling questions about the orders they plan to place or have placed with us- Address any current issues providing solutions to their general problems- Help to answer any questions about our services and filings to the specific state they are selecting**Here are some things we are looking for in an agent**:- Must be well-spoken, able to speak fluent English (C1-C2 or native)- **Must have prior customer service experience**:- A good work history- Comfortable with making and receiving calls to potential and current customers- Basic Computer Skills are a must- Welcoming and friendly personality- Must be able to critically think through an issue and provide solutions to the customers- Be able to help drive and promote higher customer satisfaction scores and reviews**About the benefits**:- Salary: $20,000 MXN monthly (free of taxes)- Medical Insurance- GymPass- Company Transportation Service- Free meals every Tuesday- Fully-paid training from day 1- Among othersTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Descuento de gimnasio- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicosPregunta(s) de postulación:- English Level (Spoken & Written):- Share any questions you'd like to address or any information (skills, experience) before the initial interview:Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencialFecha de inicio prevista: 02/06/2025
