Your insights will drive strategic decision-making and process optimization, directly impacting the efficiency and success of our operations.**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM**Key Responsibilities**:As a Finance Operations Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:- Developing, maintaining, and improving financial models that reflect operational performance- Building and maintaining dashboards and automated reports to monitor key operational KPIs- Collaborating with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure data integrity- Leading planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes related to operations- Analyzing variances between actuals and forecasts, providing key explanations of deviations**Requirements**:We are looking for people who are analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
