This role is critical to ensuring service quality, compliance, and vendor efficiency to support our expanding hospitality network.**About the role**:**Vendor Scouting & Selection**: Identify, research, and onboard high-quality vendors that align with our hospitality and events vertical.**Quality & Compliance Assurance**: Ensure all vendors meet service quality, operational compliance, and industry standards.**Supply Chain Oversight**: Collaborate with internal administrative teams to oversee vendor registration, ensuring continuous supply availability.**Portfolio Development**: Build and maintain a strategic vendor portfolio tailored to the hospitality and events sector.**Revenue Growth Strategy**: Identify high-value vendors that align with revenue and business expansion goals.**Vendor Performance Management**: Monitor vendor performance, resolve service issues, and optimize vendor relationships.**Requirements**:3-5 years of experience as a Vendor Manager in hospitality, hotels, or event management.Strong understanding of hospitality vendor operations, service quality, and compliance.Ability to assess vendors based on performance, revenue potential, and strategic fit.Experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.Excellent organizational and analytical skills.Ability to work remotely and manage vendors across different locations.Proficiency in English (written and spoken.5 years
