**OBJETIVO**:- Coordinar la planta en términos de producción, planificación, costos y atención al cliente.La función tiene como soporte 2 gerentes de producción, especialista financiero, RH, Calidad, Mantenimiento.**ACTIVIDADES**:**Elaborar los planes de gestión****Promover mejoras en la empresa en términos de producción y calidad****Dar seguimiento a los reclamos del cliente con ayuda de los gerentes de planta****Asistir a las reuniones con los clientes y corporativo****Comunicar al Corporativo las oportunidades encontradas durante los procesos, productos y clientes****Procurar el bienestar económico de la compañía****Estimar los costos y establecer los estándares de calidad.****Desarrollar el presupuesto de producción y mantener los gastos dentro del presupuesto.****Asegurar que se cumplan las normas de seguridad e higiene industrial.****Requisitos**:- Edad: Mayor de 30 años- Idioma: Ingles fluido / Alemán recomendable- 5 años de experiência industria llantera- Preferente experiência en fabricación o inyección de hule.- Preferente experiência en calidad de proceso.- Ing.
