Administración de la planta, cada equipo que la compone, analizando la criticidad de cada equipo y el modelo de mantenimiento más adecuado.Preparar planes de mantenimiento y lista mínima de repuestos.Elaborar informes periódicos de mantenimiento, informes de intervención cuando se produzcan revisiones o averías importantes y elaborar propuestas de mejora.Resolver grandes retos técnicos, de equipos o de instalaciones para conseguir un mayor rendimiento de las líneas de producción.Totalmente responsable de la optimización y transformación continua de la infraestructura interna de la nueva planta, la nueva renovación y ampliación del proyecto de distribución secundaria, y otros proyectosControle el suministro normal de energía de la fábrica (agua, electricidad, aires acondicionados, compresores de aire, etc.) e informe anomalíasResponsable de organizar y escribir los procedimientos de mantenimiento de equipos, mantenimiento diario, mantenimiento de primer nível y sistemas de mantenimiento de segundo nível para equipos dentro de la jurisdicción y garantizar que la tasa de mantenimiento y el efecto de mantenimiento estén a la altura.Facilitar herramientas de análisis de fallas y seguimiento de planes de acción.Proporcionar soporte técnico al equipo de producción.Implementar y capacitar al equipo de producción en procesos de mejora continua.Analice el informe de monitoreo de condición, desarrolle y realice un seguimiento de las soluciones para el cierre.Trabaje con el equipo de monitoreo de condición para una resolución rápida de las amenazas que se capturaron utilizando herramientas de monitoreo proactivo como smart connect, información de planta.Aplicar herramientas de ingeniería de confiabilidad para resolver problemas que afectarán el rendimiento de la planta.
