Ensuring design acceptance, manufacturing readiness, and validation.- Participating in the adoption of new technologies and process improvements to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvement.- Collaborating with all functional areas to provide a design solution that meets the requirements of the enterprise partners and customers.**Degree Requirement**Degree required**Posting Dates**:October 14, 2025 - October 17, 2025Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
