**Descripción**:**Responsabilidades**:- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation- Develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers**Requisitos**:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.- Proven project management experience (3-4 years preferred).- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including proficiency in Microsoft Project.- Fluent in spoken and written English.- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and excellence.
