No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know more**:PepsiCoJobs****Join PepsiCo, dare for better.****Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**The **3D Modeling & POS Graphic** art will deliver different marketing materials such for point of sale, motion graphic and product mockups for different mediums, such as: digital, social media and point of sale.**Your Impact**As 3D Modeling & POS Graphic Art your responsibilities would consist of:- Complete 3D renderings and relevant schematic drawings of environment and animations- Concept, create and deliver strong design solutions to support brands in-store display and product mockups.- Understand how to adapt designs across different retail channels.- Work in the conception of creative audiovisual ideas based on the objectives to be communicated.- Create compelling 3D designs for desktop, TV, electronic devices, web programs, smartphones, mobile platforms and apps.- Ability to build graphic and print designs and concepts when needed.- Determine how best to represent a brand concept visually, specifically regarding art / graphic design.- Be a brand guarding, following brand guidelines closely.- Have the ability to take control of projects and work independently as well as in team.- Present designs to internal clients, brand teams and external agencies for approval.- HIGH aptitude to learn new things and sense of urgency to get things done.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Education**- Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (interactive design, graphic design, visual arts, communication etc.)**Experience**- 2-3 years of agency creative experience in 3D, merchandising and Point of Sale materials.- Intermediate English proficiency- Demonstrable fluency with Adobe CC suite of products, Photoshop and Illustrator.- Demonstrable experience in Rhino + Keyshot to model and render 3D images.- Knowledge of social aspect ratios and delivery filetypes.- An online portfolio showing a variety of standout work is a MUST.- Experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments; CPG Experience a plus.- Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction.- Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making.- Leadership, organizational and planning skills and demonstrating attention to quality and productivity are a must- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively- Ability to work independently under pressure and interact in a multi-disciplinary team environment.- Excellent creative aptitude, a refined artistic sense and willing to try new ideas and tools.**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills.- Specialized training according to the role.- Learning experiences with internal and external providers.- We love to celebrate success, which is why we have recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among others.- Financial wellness programs that will help you reach your goals in all stages of life.- A flexibility program that will allow you to balance your personal and work life, adapting your working day to your lifestyle.- And because your family is also important to us, they can also enjoy benefits such as our Wellness Line, thousands of Agreements and Discounts, Scholarship programs for your children, Aid Plans for different moments of life, among others.**We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
